Hi everyone,
I'm very much interested in learning XHTML and CSS. I did start in W3Schools, done the examples there (though, I skipped the forms section as it is said they're practically useless <ins>on their own</ins>) and I now have a good idea of HTML. Hungry for more knowledge, I looked in google, and found the HTMLDog site, which had a tutorial that was beautifully written and informative. It helped me realize several important points, such as using HTML for content and CSS for presentation, and also paved the way for me to start learning (X)HTML simultaneously with CSS. After finishing the beginner's tutorial, I ordered the book because I'm sure it'll teach better than the tutorial (obviously :P).
But still, I am aware that I'm still in my beginning stages of my learning. Sometimes, I feel lost and/or confused, and I'm afraid that this might push me away from my learning ambition. So I was wondering if anyone can pick me up as a protégé and advise or perhaps teach me, give me some tips, or throw light to things I might have turned a blind eye to. If anyone is up for this, please send me a PM where perhaps we can exchange contact information. I would be grateful and appreciative for any efforts of help.
Thanks,
Jin
P.S. If I posted this in the wrong forum, please spare me. :-)
