Jump menu box size, any change possible?

Hello guys.. any one know how I can have my jump menu boxes smaller (in height especially)? please see link below to see what I mean by jump meny box; the one next to "find another god" for example. Thanks a lot.

Specify with css. You might want to make the font size smaller too.
