I have been asked to add staff images along with captions in a sort of two column design. There are some <hr>'s involved and a graphic gradient banner that cones before each section. I am having a hard time trying to get the layout to look right using divs and I really dont want to use a table. Would someone have the time to be able toguide me through this layout using Divs and CSS? Below is a screen capture of what I am trying to accomplish.

This is all contained within a main div and a content div as well. I am not the one doing the main css, I am just adding content to the exsisiting site.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
