div tags overlapping

Im having a bit of a problem with my upcoming project .
the content window is overlapping with the footer , any1 have any
idea why ? cause i can't figure it out ..

No its not, Not with Firefox 2.0.0.14 and I'm guessing all other firefox versions as they render the page properly. unless ofcourse you have changed the location of the fixed file?
