DIV under menu keeps moving up when the window is resized.

im working on this layout here http://primary3.net/2008/pamper-home.htm it works fine except in IE. The area under the menu would reposition itself when you adjust the size of the window...anyone please help?

Yes, that will happen - it happens to me, just tell the user to maxmize the brower.
