OnClick of link... popup of pic and form

NOTE : My website is being coducted ob/by Geocities. So there may be some problems with certain scripts...

First of all I would like a link from a page called mysterypic.html, to open a page called linkname.html..

EXP:

mysterpic.html..

<a href="#" onClick="window.open('TITLE','URL',WINDOW PROPERTIES)">LINK NAME</a>

BTW, what are the window properties?
scrollbar=0 statusbar=0 menu=0

Some of the window properties are:
scrollbar=0|1|auto, fullscreen=yes|no, width=, height=
I guess there are some more like the addressbar, statusbar
