Hi all,
I'm trying to use this php form script: http://green-beast.com/gbcf-v3/
The server I'm using is Plesk 7.5.4 via Powerpipe.
Here's what my validation page looks like:

Need more info? Any idea what's wrong? Please help!

plesk is not a server, is your web interface provieded by your host to access the some of the server settings.

I'm sorry, I don't want to be rude, but that suggest that you have no idea what you are doing and this is not quite a problem you can solve on a php forum without any knowledge about server side.
I suggest you to find someone who know to do this.
best regards

Welp, now I feel like an idiot. Having never worked with php before, though, and pretty much learning web design all on my own, I would think I could learn how to upload a simple form.
I'm not familiar with the lingo, so I guess my use of the word server was semantically wrong, but I still am pretty apt with basic web stuff.
So thanks but no thanks?

is not only upload here, is about security, configure, puting all info in public and others things you probably want to avoid.

you can learn php and some server side you need for that but I'm afraid that not so fast, :)
Maybe somebody else want to help you with that, I'm sorry but I don't.
I help you with pleasure with other things, probably you learn easy, with design I see that you are ok, :)

This was at the top of the page when I looked.
Installation Error: The functions file, functions.php, does not exist or cannot be found!
Pretty straightforward error message, if not necessarily easy to solve. Good code will always hook you up with an understandable error message.
For what it's worth, if you don't know PHP, I'd recommend coding up a form and handler manually so you'll actually know what happens behind the scenes (Google for tutorials). Then, if you want for the live project, implement a big boy script like that one. Otherwise, you may end up with a myriad of seemingly cryptic errors and at least a handful of normally helpful CF members who are running low on caffeine and are turning grumpy.
