cool domain is waiting for a project

I'm looking for (a) coder(s) to collaborate with me. Goal is to set up a platform for embedded black music radio channels.

The domain is black [dot] fm
The domain isn't developed and receives approx. 250-400 visitors per month. The domain-extension .fm is used by many radio stations (and the popular site last.fm),

Ownership and income: 50/50

Also, we could set up a community for black music listeners.
