Locking images into place?

I have a basic question to ask.

How can I lock images on my site into place so that they cant be dragged or moved? I want the site to feel like its locked down, not made up of many different images.

Would you be so kind and elaborate what you mean? If I understand it correctly you want to disable the possibility to click an image on the page and drag it to the desktop (like click and hold the CodingForums logo and drag it outside of the window), is that right? You can’t do that unless you’re putting everything in a Flash object or something like that.
