Web browser problem

When viewing some websites (Wikipedia included) the text has suddenly gone smaller. Even on my own website.
Although on this forum it hasn't changed.

I am using I.E.

I was wondering if I have altered some settings by accident.

Could anyone please tell my how to get the text back to normal?

I cannot see any settings related to this in Internet Options

View -> Text Size -> Select the size you wish. Medium is default.

You can also hold CTRL and scroll with a mousewheel in some cases.
