Paste video link and view embed version on different page

Hey guys, im trying to make this script and i realized im complete garbage, so i need to start from scratch.

So c an any one help me, or link me to where i can make/get a script like this:

They put a video link (like youtube) into a text box, and press button, then it adds the embed code onto the video link and displays it on another page. Also, you can only post the same link once a day, and every 100 page views it changes the embed video into the next one in queue . And theirs 2 videos max on the page.
