Pop-Ups

Please can anyone help us.....

We are trying to create a Pop-Up Window so that when a surfer browses our website and they open the first window at the same time a smaller pop-up loads up..........and then they have to click on the pop-up to close it dowm.........................OR................when a surfer closes the browser that they are viewing then a small pop-up window appears......

could you be more specific about exactly what you want to do? what do you want to do with the pop?

well, to open a popup, it's window.open(). to open a specific page in the popup, it's window.open('nameofthepage.html')
