CSS Mishap

I have a site that I wanted to start using CSS divs with, and got to a certain point comfortably, but then used tables once inside the div containers. Good enough start I suppose. Anyway, I am at a point where I don't know what I did wrong. I made the first page:

...it looks fine.

Now I made the second page with bios and since I added extra content inside the right div, it is now positioning at the bottom and not at the site. I have two more bios to throw in as well. Where did I mess up?

You messed up when you started using tables! I suggest you read the link in my sig titled "Why Tables for Layout is Stupid?".
