Sport Scores APIs

Well I'm playing around with an idea for a new site and just wondering if anyone knows of any kind of APIs that would allow to get the current scores of spots games going on (mostly interested in the bigger US leagues; NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL - but everything is welcomed)

I could scrape other webpages but I'd rather not take that route.
