I bought a domain name recently which correspond to the keywords of my service, the domain was available, I was lucky for that.

I am planning to sell design service such as 3D look like e-book cover through a e-commerce website with payment by paypal.

The service are going to be sold like a real product.
How to convince a customers to buy a non real product, which is not ready?
How to find people who look for that kind of product?

this is the website: URL removed as requested by OP

It would be nice if there was a "step process" that explains
how it works. I'm assuming if I purchased a "box", I would need
to upload some graphics and text that you then make into a "box"?

If I knew what the steps were, (what was required of me) BEFORE
I added it to my cart ... that would make me more comfortable.

There are a lot of tutorials online for doing this, example:
http://www.graphicmentor.com/tutorials/softwarebox/index2.php

You should mention that there are tutorials, but they require Photoshop
or GIMP (or some other graphics program), and take some time to learn,
and time to do. You can do it quickly and professionally, saving the user
a lot of time and energy. That might make me willing to spend the $50.

... and what if you make me a box, but I hate the way it looks?

You might have to have some sort of "the small print" that explains how
your service works, and what can expected. Perhaps in some cases, you'll
have to refund the $50 and mark it as a loss.

Thanks for that mlseim

I am working on it, sure I need to give more details about the process.
