hi all ,

Just wanted to know Is there any other language which can be used insted of javascript.


Like every language has its alternatives like php , jsp ,asp

Everone uses javascipt , something like CFscript:D

agree, somehow, mention xul, lua, ruby, python, tcl/tk, java or anything browser support and can use.

xul/xbl is javascript?, could be excluded?

What about Actionscript? (I've never researched what Actionscript even is... I've just heard it bandied about here and there... I'm going to go Google)

(edit) Ah ok, Actionscript isi what Flash uses. Nevermind.

Flash could be used, but then again it often uses JS to do some stuff too.
