I second Nick: what do you need ideas for? Design, layout, content? What's the main goal of your site, what's its purpose?
Concerning design: looking good, navigation headers could do with a little more contrast, and see if you can make it fit a browser window on 800x600 res, better still make the layout fluid. And look into the use of style sheets to get rid of some of those tables. By the way: nice background.
