I want to make the perigramma used as bkgd to above in all subpages but, they are not the same height, the table(main) holds content of each subpage. what solutions exist ?

You need slice up the background image into 3 parts. Then you'll have a header background, a background for the content, and then a background for the footer.

Use CSS

#middleDiv {
background: url(middle_bg.jpg) repeat-y;
}

This means you have first split your bg into parts, and this is just for the middle part.

Well you made it I assume? crop the document so that the top, middle, and bottom parts are 3 different images. Make the crops at points that make sense.
