Hi, I have been looking for a free midi, wav, or music maker software to create a personal theme song for my website. Does anyone know of any? I prefer something fairly easy to work with. Thanks

Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)
Ive used this one before. Its pretty good(has effects, not dreadfully slow, and so on...)

Audacity is a Ogg Vorbis, MP3, WAV or AIFF editor, and does not really allow you to make new music. It only allows you to edit existing audio. It does not work with midi.
I think most of the people who use midi are musical people, which I am not so much. The guitar is enough for me. But I believe midi is used to reproduce scores a lot. The only one I have used is Finale (or Garageband, but hey thats just mac)
http://www.harmony-central.com/Software/Windows/sequencing.html Here is a list of midi programs, and I would suggest starting with Finale Notepad. This list looks a bit old, so you may want to try and find newer versions of the programs out there.
Some of them may cost a little bit, but you should be able to do a trial. If you like it, then its probably worth the 30 bucks or whatever.

free midi, wav, or music maker software
I took the or to mean any of the above. FL studio is pretty good for midi stuff...

Well FL studio cost a fair amount of money. What kind of OS are you running? If it is a Mac OS i would suggest using Garage Band.
