Tech support person needed for growing forum software company

We have an open part-time customer support position at this time.

I need someone who can do these duties on an as needed basis to cover when the other tech person can not be available. I would like someone who can offset the hours of my current person who is in the Eastern USA timezone. We are a growing company so this could turn into more time as we go. www.wowclassicbb.com

Can you follow-up with a post about compensation (by support request or hour?) and what times people should be available? (i.e. 7:00pm to 9:00pm, etc).

Also, adding a bit of information about type of support (phone, email, ticket system) would be helpful as well.

I don't pay by the hour but by the support ticket and it can vary for each ticket depending on the issue involved.

It is all by email with the client or if they choose to use an IM system. I would need to be able to communicate with them on an IM. I need the person to cover nights from 7pm PT to 10pm PT as needed. I have overseas members too so want to cover as large a window as I can. We respond to all tickets within 24 hours and try to have them completed in that time frame too.
