Time Formatting

I am trying to format the time and have had a little problem. The time I want to display is GMT - 6 hours. How would I do this?

Try the TimeSerial (http://www.w3schools.com/vbscript/func_timeserial.asp) function.

And also, the datediff() function, doing it all manual, but I don't have a link to something thats could help you.
