You are creating two separate table, so the width of the columns will be different based on the content. Why not just a single table with different rows?

I fix once it works without being fixed ;). Plus it'd be a lot of transitional changes.

Anyways, I tried putting the php code before the </tr> </td> and such, but it just messed it all up.
