customized scrollbar

Hi. I was just wondering how or where I could find the script to make a customized scrollbar work. I believe I have a good one, but whenever I try to use it nothing works.

If you would have looked at the link, you would see that it is a dhtml scroller and not css coloring of the scrollbar........
