Windows vista style borders on Paint Shop Pro X1

Well my method would be to take a copy of one of the images into the program, which I didn't know Paitn Shop still even existed, and use it as a guide to recreate the various items. I have no idea if that program can do it, but its not really easy to try and describe how to do it. I just start making things until it looks the same...trial and error.

Ok. I meant Paint Shop Pro, just a typo
