scroll bar change in windows 98 SE

does it work? i have tried multiple sites with different color scroll bars but they dont work on windows 98 SE, but they do on every other OS.

Should work, depending on what browser your using, and maybe the DTD.

Hasn't got so much to do with the platform, as with the browser: only MS IE supports those properties, and there NOT in the CSS standards, and MS did NOT properly define them as propriatry properties.
On a different note: this must be about the umpteenth thread about this subject; if you try the forum's search facility you'll probably find a lot more info on the subject.

scrollbars always worked fine for me in win98se/ >ie5.5, methinks ive been told before that they work in konqueror too...
