I don't think a program exists for this however the site that has tcp optimizer has this on there: http://www.speedguide.net/faq_in_q.php?category=89&qid=130

It's my first time with linux but i saw a program, wine linux software (http://www.softspecialist.com/Wine-4271/Wine.htm) which says can make run windows programs on linux. Would it be possible to set up tcp optimizer with wine?
What i basically need is a tiny software like the above one that lets me enter some settings given from my isp, otherwise the internet connection will not work.
