Having form display info on blank white page

I have a form, works fine but I want to have it display on the next page with plain text nothing else..but the form info..as plain as it could get like black text on a completely white page! how do I do that? I think I have to do something with the post or action function, but not sure what it is!

You'll need to get into some server-side coding using php/asp.
