In search of portfolio widget

A client likes the portfolio section of this site, http://www.kenfulk.com/. Where would I find either the widget that lets me do this or the tutorial for how to do the portfolio section?

Note: you have to sit through a lot before you can finally click the "P" at the bottom.

Well I don't know anything about widgets, but Flash does this with creative actionscripting.
Here are some that you could use, and there are a lot more if you just look through tutorial sites for flash gallery tutorials.
