Ok, now I can do this in ASP but for this project it has to be completely in access.
I can create the table no worries, but I've almost no idea about the forms.
I use the wizard and whenever I load the form values from records are already there? I need to be able to add new ones not update existing.
Can someone help me out here? It's rather urgent but that should not speed up your responses or put my post above anyone elses.

in the form thing where it shows data click the >* arrow or >> arrow thing and it should either take you to the end and then you click > or it takes you to a blank record.

How can I get it to go to a blank record automatically though? And not show any other fields ever ?
Surely it can be done?

Hey Mhtml
Ok you can do his using macros
To do this:
- Open your form in design view
- At the top left where the rulers meet, click the box so a dot appears
- Right click now
- Select properties
- Scroll down to 'onLoad' in the 'all' tab and click in the white box
- Click the little button to the right with the three little dots inside
- When the box appears click 'Macro builder' then ok
- Now save the macro when prompted
- In the first cell use the drop down list to select gotoRecord
- Then down below in the gray part you get some more options
- Where it says 'Record' select 'new'
- Now close the macro window you are in and go back to your form and close it. Then re-open it.
That should work if you can follow all that.
Hope it helps
post back if you get stuck
