quick search.

in the results, right click on the 'Arrange By:' and select 'Date' if it's not already selected.

seems like i'm becoming psychic (i can read his mind _Aero_ :P)

I want while searching see first more current email and after come the older emails(results) ... well ?

if you do the above steps, the results will be shown like you wanted from next time..

What lse123 is referring to is the fact that if you do a message search in Outlook, the messages are searched in mostly chronological order - oldest to newest.

That makes quick searches spectacularly annoying, since you often don't care about the first 95% of your mailbox.

I'm guessing the only satisfaction might be found in a macro somewhere; I haven't seen an option for changing this anywhere.
