HTML & CSS Coding Problems

Hello All.

I hope someone here can help me. I need to make some changes to my website and have decided to attempt it myself having been given a base to work from which was done a web developer.

However i'm getting into a Mess with My HTML and CSS.

I'vbe got a couple of probelms..which i haven't a clue how to solve. Firstly if you browsing in IE you will notice a Black frame around the webspage. Not sure how and why this appears but i don't actually want that.

Secondly, The content body of the webpage inside the frame is not centered on the page. Anyone know how i do that much like the banner.

To center your page , read this Sticky thread http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?p=182254#post182254 (You have to enclose all your elements inside body by a centered div)
