i want to backup few files and folders and dtabases
But i don't what full backup every time, i want incremental back up.
e,g
1) First will be full back up B1
2) second will be B2 (incremental)
3) Third B3
Lets say I restore to B3 , no that system was not right . It it possible o go to state B2 which will contains B1 + B2

What kind of size of data are you talking about? I wouldn't worry about incremental backups unless you are talking about many gigabytes of data.

I've always preferred Acronis True Image.

I've always depended on an external drive, and my knowing what I need to backup. ;)

If you really want incremental backups, Acronis is wonderful. What I use, is a drive enclosure from Apricorn that connects via USB and I do a full clone of my drive, so if I have a problem, it only takes about 3 minutes to swap my hard drive and I'm up and running again.

I have few folders , images , email , favorites , database which i want backup evryday
I don't want to backup whole hard disc only few folders
KLS back up is very good software but with its incremental backup option , i can only go to last incremental backup , not just nay backup in the past
E,g i have chnaged my php file or image and after few days i want to go back to php file 5 days ago then i can go back
What is Norton Go back?

As I asked before what size are we talking about? 10Mb's 100Mb's 500Mb's 1Gb? If what you need to backup is not large then you don't need incremental backups nor would you need any fancy software to do it. A simple script/batch file could be set to run with the windows scheduler to do a full backup to another drive where you want things backed up at.

The data is around 1 GB ,
the problem is there are only few changes in the files so incremental backup will save lot of space
If only 1 file being changed since 1 week then why to copy 1GB full data

That's why I asked how much you have to backup but you didn't answer it the first time. If it wasn't large then incremental is pointless. The point of incremental backups is to save space.
