how i can redirect port 2082 to port 80 using .htaccess???

I'm not sure you can (others on this board will be more expert).
The reason is that I think a call to your machine on port 2082 will be made by a machine waiting on port 2082 for a reply.
Also I think .htaccess is only referred to by apache on a call on port 80.

You might be able to rewrite the url to change it to port 80 but the computer has to be listening on port 80 for it to respond. You could make a redirect page on the site on that port and have it send the user to the same address but port 80. However again, if nothing is there to respond on that port, nothing will happen.

2082 is the cpanel port, don't think you are able to change that. What exactly are you trying to do anyways?
