Be a part of something BIG.. Developers needed!

I assure you this is not the normal post asking for help on a project doomed from the start. My company has a pretty unique idea and is looking for developers to help us build our website. It is in the social networking field and involves a lot of work. We are trying to create an application like Meebo for example (details will be shared later).

We are not looking for out of country programmers, we are not looking for immature children. We are looking for a highly energetic team of people to build our company from the ground up.

We are located in NY, so anyone local is a BIG PLUS.

Are you looking for people to do work for you and then disappear, or a real partnership?

We are looking for a highly energetic team of people to build our company from the ground up.

This sentence makes it sound to me like you want somebody to build your company from the ground up. If it's a partnership wouldn't it be our company/project?

Could you please describe a bit more what you're expecting from this collab, because you've got my attention, but I want to see if this is the right thing. It's also of interest to others willing to join, but if you want you can reply to me in a PM.
