The only non-linux KDE browser I know of is Safari for OS X Bosko 01-25-2003, 08:10 PM Actually you can run KDE on most Unices and not only on GNU/Linux. Konqueror is free software,so you can port it to Windows if you want.Kinda like Apple did,but Mac X is a Unix too and has X so that was easy.Otherwise you can try running it with some emulation software. redhead 01-25-2003, 08:11 PM but konqueror is only available for linux ah... one minor technical omittion there... ;) brothercake 01-25-2003, 10:16 PM Originally posted by Bosko Otherwise you can try running it with some emulation software. Yeah there's plenty of that - I use VMWare (http://www.vmware.com) to run linux, specifically so I can do browser testing in konqueror. CRASH_OVERRIDE 01-26-2003, 04:07 AM That stinks... Oh well, just another reason for me to intall SuSE as a dual boot :D |
