Well thats what I call it...

Hey guys - I've been having this issue for about a month now (mostly out of ignorance) I was hoping someone could guide me through the process of codeing a "RNB"... I'm not too sure where to get started, but I made a example of how I think it should look

Has an admin interface to publish news.

I have Cutenews for the mini updates - but its more for graphic purposes (the news box)
