Where's that setting?

I'm getting tired of every time I view the source of a page, my editor opens when all I want is the simple notepad. I've looked in my editor's associations and tools>internet options>programs and all seems well...but it's still happening.

Where is that beast?

just a gives® ya the 'registry' editing info to tell it (ie) to use notepad.exe...n' tells ya tooo that ya gotta just a delete/empty® the temp file folder more often...
