resizing animated gif canvas ?

I created animated gif of size 16 * 16 px here:

unfortunately it should be of size 24 * 24 px.

The graphic can be the same size as it is, just canvas should be bigger.

How can be this done ? Which program .... ?

If the graphic can be the same size, just make a container on the page that is 24x24 and center the image in it.

Nope, not usable, coz images are switching inside same container and the others are 24*24.
Resolved with fireworks, resized each frame, the contence remained in centre automaticaly.
