Hello, Could somebody please help me with a wording issue. I'm trying to notify people that by typing their name they will be bound to the Electronic Signatures Act. I've looked through the actual act itself but it doesn't give any wording for how to notify a user they will be bound to that act.

Here's what I was thinking:

"By signing the above line you hereby agree to all terms and conditions stated in the Electronic Signature Act (click here to review those terms)"

Do you guys think thats all the notification required?

Thanks in advanced

IANAL, but it sounds good to me.

I would say this (but I'm not a lawyer either):

"By entering your name in the above form you hereby agree to all terms and conditions of [Your Site/Service] and are legally bound to them by the Electronic Signature Act (Click Here for Terms and Conditions)"

One suggestion: Don’t use “click here” as link text (http://w3.org/QA/Tips/noClickHere).
