Good web hosting service?

My coach for my lacrosse team wants me to make a website for our team, and I was wondering what would be a good web hosting service? I'm looking for something with preferably cPanel and not expensive. My school is gonna pay, buy I'm not exactly sure how much they will pay. Try to keep it under $60 a year. (We are a private school, not that much funds). THanks

Try steadmantech. (steadmantech.com/). Very good CPanel, plenty of plans.

They seem to be on the ball with updating to the latest technologies such as latest version of PHP, MySQL, and CPanel.
