how do i let google ads or adbrite ads open in new window

You can't, as they're controlled by remote javascripts.

For Google Ads, if you're talking about Google Adsense where you're the owner, Adsense's control panel has an option for specifying that the ads open in a new window.

I thought it was against such companies TOS to do it? Maybe google changed there TOS to allow it but i could have sworn it was against their TOS. Also no matter how links are pulled you can also create a hook with javascript to make links open any way you want because you can hook them to a function to make it do whatever you want.
