wifi monitor mode

hi,

can anyone advise me of a wifi card that can operate in monitor mode and the required drivers for windows xp, i have an old wireless network at work that needs hacking since we are unable to taken it down and no body knows the WEP key. any help here would be greatly received.

that would not work i don't think but thanks, the wireless network consists of 2 point to point wireless network devices that bridge to buildings together. I suppose the easy option will be to take down the to adapters and press the reset button.
