You need to use CSS.

MAY REFER ONLY COLOR AS HR CLASS IN DMWR AND THE OTHER ELEMENTS BE IN THE HTML ?

Maybe that's why the colors looked all funky in FF when I tried that...

Or at least one Firefox likes background-color but not color, IE likes color but not background-color.

I try what I say but ie 7 appears red hr lines[applied the style

Also tell me why there is space below the Submit/Reset buttons of the final form ? how to delete this white space ? Also I use to confirm page(make a test(=name) booking) a textarea and this js: onfocus="this.blur()" but do not work I may delete the text in this area , well ?

They are red because you tell them to be red in your code. Look
