need help to develop a software using php

hi everyone!
i need help to develop a software using php and mysql..
i want to develop an editor for UML specification..
there is toolbox which contain an actor, use case, relationship, boundary and etc.. (from database)
so, how can i call the image from database to draw use case diagram using the tools that i provide..
:(
actually, user use this kind of software to create UML diagram..
anyone can help me?
i don't know what to do... i've no idea..

You'll have to explain to us what a "UML" is, and
what "UML specifications" mean.

This stuff looks really intense. I'm guessing you will have to pay for a script or hire
a professional programmer. I can't imagine anyone (including myself) has the time to
script anything like this.
