Newbie Help with CSS in Dreamweaver

Hi, I just begn using dreamweaver cs3 a few days ago so please excuse my utter confusion! Text on my page looks great and matches the styles in the Dreamweaver design view, however when published, some text does not show the styles applied. Some does.. I cant see a difference in any of the code that works and what doesn't. I can only think that something is overriding those couple styles.

One example: The text "Reviewing 2007 Changes And Aerial Manufacturers" should be in style 36, .style36 {
background-color: #FFFFFF;
font-weight: bold;
color: #004F95;
font-size: 9pt;
font-family: Verdana;

I'd be sooo very gratefuf if someone could take look. Thanks in advance!!
