CSS problem

Hello everyone,

I am a begineer in CSS.

Wanted to know if there is any dependency on the browser type(ie or mozilla) for which CSS is written.

If yes can some one suggest me what they are?

The normal advice it to program for Firefox and hack or use Conditional Statements for the others.
Firefox being the most accurate. IE a bit of a headache!
