Links and Pages in same table

Hi Guys,

I have a two column table with a menu in the left column. I would like for the page to load in the right column when any of the links in the left hand column are clicked.

Can anyone help with proper coding? I've beat myself up for three days trying to figure this out without using frames!

iframe in the right column, use the target attribute of the anchor tag to specify the load to go to the iframe

Thank you for responding Dakota; Since I'm not used to iFrames, I'm not really sure how to perform the latter of what you suggested. Are there any sources that offer existing coding for something like this?
