Automatic Reply w/ Database

Hello,

I have a website in which I receive registration forms via e-mail (outlook). I am searching for a way to make it so when I receive one of these registrations an automatic confirmation e-mail can be sent out. This its self is not the hardest part, as this automatic e-mail needs to communicate with some kind of database to know precisely what e-mail to send.

Can anyone briefly reccommend a means in which to do this?

How is the website sending the emails to you? What language are you using?

The form is processed through PHP, and then e-mailed to me.

We need to see your php code, it will be a matter of just using the php mail() function to send an email to the new user.
