ActionScript Blur

I have a ball and it moves around the screen (tween)

How do I make it blur and leave a sort of trail when it moves using Actionscript, and when it stops it returns to normal until it starts moving again.

I think Lee Brimelow had a tutorial on this exact scenario. Check out http://www.gotoandlearn.com. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the tutorial off the top of my head right now. Animating with Fuse maybe?
