<p>There are four specific ranks and one position of Special Honor in EMC. They are as follows:</p>
<p><b>COUNCIL MEMBER:</b> A council member is a man or woman who is an active member of EMC. He or She has demonstrated their leadership abilities on the field of honor. They are people of integrity and honor who have demonstrated their loyalty to EMC. A Council member adheres to the Code of Conduct. They treat the EMC CoC as a living article by which they measure themselves and others. They have earned the trust of Armageddon and Air. This position is not a life long appointment. As real world situations change, a person may ask to be removed at which time they will go back to their former rank.
<br>
<i><b>DUTIES:</b></i> Council members duties will include but not be limited to the following:
<br>
<li>Insuring that all members adhere to the CoC. Unresolved problems will be brought to Air or
Armageddon.
<br>
<li>Testing of prospective members.
<li>Testing of current members.
<li>Defending EMC from verbal assault in the Zone lobby or other rooms.
<br>
<b>CURRENT COUNCIL MEMBERS:</b> EMC_ArmageddonH, (High Council Leader).
EMC_Air_V, (Vice Council Leader). EMC_DeadEnd_C, (Council member), EMC_NemesisC, (Council member), EMC_2Wykd_C, (Council member), EMC_Spaz_C, (Council member), and EMC_BurntOne_C, (Council member).</p>
<p><b>FOUNDERS:</b> This is an honorary position held by men and woman who helped build EMC and make it into one of the finest clans ever to inhabit the Inner Sphere. These people are not on as much as I would like. When you do see them, I expect you to treat them with the respect and honor that I feel for each of them. EMC_Matrix_F, EMC_King_F, EMC_Factor_F,EMC_Nito_F, EMC_Thrasher_F, EMC_Enemy_F, EMC_Lilly_F, EmcTheCrazyOneF, EMC_Micro_F, EMC_Bolo_F, EMC_Squall_F, EMC_MissMarvel_F, and EmcOneDirtyRatF.</p>

<p><b>KNIGHTS of EMC:</b> These are the elite of the elite in the Elite Mech Commanders. The men and woman who attain this rank are the backbone of EMC. The Knight rank is earned by playing a 1v1 against any of the following members. EMC_ArmageddonH. EMC_Air_VC, or a Knight Commander who will be designated as KC. The test will be as follows. The prospective Knight may choose to do a 1v1 C1 heat test and a C5 ice test combination. In the C1 test you will need to score 5 of 10 kills. In the C5 test you will need to score 7 of 10 kills. If you feel particularly strong in either mode you may pick C1 or C5 and you will need to score 17 of 20 kills. If successful, the member earning the rank of Knight will add a K or Knight to the end of his/her name. The results of the test will be posted in a thread in the member’s forum. Any Lance Commander who feels ready to take the test is eligible with three months active duty in EMC. A member can re-test after seven days if they so desire. Those Knights appointed as Knight Commanders will hold the same rank as a council member.

<p><b>LANCE COMMANDERS:</b> These are the rank and file members of EMC. They are the hard working members who make the big EMC machine move. The Lance Commander rank is earned by playing a Knight Commander or Council member in a C5 game in Ice City. The game will be a 10-kill battle. The member Testing must score 7 kills to pass the test. If successful, the member earning the rank of Lance Commander will add an L to the end of his/her name. The results of the test will be posted in a thread in the member’s forum. A re-test can be taken after seven days if needed.

<li>Test for Enforcer Commander after three months of active duty.
<li>Help in training of recruits.
<li>If on the CZ team, A Lance Commander may play in any multi-player game with Knight of EMC or above also playing.
<li>Direct prospective members to speak to a Council member.

<b>CURRENT LANCE COMMANDERS:</b>
EMC_DareDevil_L, EMC_FireVixen_L, EMC_Firebird_L, EmcGreenDstinyL, EMC_Chiknparts_L, EMC_Vortex_L, EMC_DaK_L, EMC_Jordan1_L, EMC_Dagger_L, EMC_Ang3lEyes_L, EMC_Tryfid_L, EMC_Coyote_, EMC_Trust_L, EMC_Troll_L, EMC_4Life_L, EMC_Pstoffed_L, EMC_Blades2_L, EMC_Kain_L, EMC_WhiteTigerL, EMC_Soupism_L, EMC_Insomnia_L and EMC_Vengence_L,</p>
<b>RECRUITES:</b> These are people who have a positive attitude and want to be apart of EMC, but who have limited experience in MW3. They scored less then 7 out of 10 on the entry test. They will be allowed into EMC as a recruit. They will place an R at the end of their name. All members may recruit players, but only Knight Commander and above may give Test’s of Entry or Test’s for advancement.
